Key Responsibili􀆟es:  Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)  Manage bulk hiring for real estate sales (VP, Managers, Execu􀆟ve etc.)  Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements  Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and headhun􀆟ng  Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews  Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers  Conduct ini􀆟al HR interviews and salary negoaons  Manage offer rollout and follow-ups for joining  Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
