Job Title: HR Recruiter Experience: 0-4 Years in Non-IT Hiring Location: Dwarka Sector 7, New Delhi Working Days: 5.5 Shift: Day Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Dwarka Sector 7, New Delhi. As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various non-IT roles across multiple industries. You should have at least 0-4 years of experience in Non-IT hiring and be proficient in managing the entire recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for various non-IT roles. ● Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. ● Screen and shortlist resumes based on job criteria and conduct preliminary interviews. ● Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. ● Manageend-to-end recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding. ● Maintain and update the candidate database and keep track of hiring metrics. ● Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Key Requirements: ●0-4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. ● Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively. ● Familiarity with various job portals, social media recruitment, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
