Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
