HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Sector 136, Noida Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 per month Experience Required: 2-4 Years Gender: Male & Female Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience using the Naukri portal for sourcing and hiring candidates. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through Naukri and other recruitment channels. Screen and shortlist resumes as per job requirements. Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases. Ensure timely closure of open positions. Required Skills Excellent communication skills (mandatory). Hands-on experience with the Naukri portal (Mandatory). Resume screening and candidate evaluation. Interview coordination and scheduling. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Qualification Graduate in any discipline. Preferred Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in recruitment. Experience in non-IT recruitment will be an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
