​Salary Structure & Terms
​Joining Incentives
​Target 1 (20 Joinings): ₹10,000
​Target 2 (25 Joinings): ₹12,000
​Below Target: If you achieve fewer than 20 joinings, you will be paid ₹500 per joining.
​Mandatory Requirements
​Work Commitment: The candidate must complete a minimum of 7 working days.
​Attendance Policy: The final payout is strictly dependent on both the total number of joinings and regular attendance.
