Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company websites.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Conduct reference and background checks when required.
Manage candidate databases and maintain recruitment records.
Prepare and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
