Good communication and interpersonal skills

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining process
