HR Recruiter

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from requisition to onboarding — for both internal and external (client) requirements.  Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies.  Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.  Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.  Coordinate interviews, gather timely feedback, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.  Handle offer negotiation, prepare offer letters, and ensure candidate acceptance and joining formalities.  Initiate and oversee Background Verification (BGV) processes in line with company or client-specific policies.  Ensure complete and compliant onboarding documentation and pre-joining formalities.  Maintain updated and accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).  Prepare and share recruitment status reports with management and clients as required.  Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring needs.  Work aggressively toward achieving targets and KPIs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
