Job Description
. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.
Ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
2. Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain healthy employer-employee relationships.
3. Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems.
Monitor employee performance and productivity.
Support managers in performance improvement initiatives.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, implement, and update HR policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Maintain statutory records and documentation.
5. Payroll & Compensation
Coordinate payroll processing and salary administration.
Manage employee benefits, incentives, and compensation structures.
Ensure accuracy in attendance and leave records.
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs and organize learning programs.
Support employee skill development and career growth.
Conduct induction and orientation sessions.
7. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor employee attendance and punctuality.
Manage leave applications and maintain records.
Ensure adherence to attendance policies.
8. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Conduct surveys and gather employee feedback.
Promote workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
9. HR Documentation
Maintain employee files and confidential records.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
Manage employee lifecycle documentation from joining to exit.
10. Exit Management
Conduct exit interviews and clearance processes.
Handle full and final settlements.
Ensure smooth employee separation procedures.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, and hiring.
Coordinate with management on HR strategies and workforce planning.
