HR Manager

Job Title: HR Manager Location: Byculla, Mumbai Salary: ₹50,000 per month Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM ### Job Description – HR Manager We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to handle end-to-end human resource functions for a growing manufacturing company in the computer peripherals industry. ### Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation • Maintain employee files, joining formalities, and exit formalities • Address employee grievances and support employee engagement activities • Ensure discipline, workplace policies, and smooth HR operations • Coordinate with management regarding manpower planning and HR requirements • Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance documentation (basic HR coordination) • Draft HR letters, policies, and employee communication • Maintain HR MIS, records, and reporting ### Candidate Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field • 3–8 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations role • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, electronics, FMCG, industrial products, or similar industries preferred • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, and HR documentation • Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliances preferred ### Job Details: • Location: Byculla, Mumbai • Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience) • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
