Ony Mumbai Base candidates can apply Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the IT and Education/EdTech sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in placement coordination, college outreach (seminars/workshops), and end-to-end HR operations, along with strong team management skills. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, engagement & retention Handle placement coordination & corporate HR interactions Conduct college seminars, workshops & career sessions Lead and manage HR & placement teams Ensure HR compliance, policies, and employee grievance handling are effectively managed, with strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
