HR Executive

Job Title: Human Resources Executive Location: Plot No 142, Sector 53, Phase-5, Kundli Industrial Area, Sonipat, Haryana – 131028 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage all HR functions including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of ESI and PF, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees. Manage payroll, salary processing, and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, and other statutory regulations. Maintain employee records and documentation accurately. Conduct training, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives. Support performance management, retention, and motivation programs. Address employee queries and grievances through mediation and support. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management. Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience. Strong knowledge of labor laws, ESI, and PF. Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
