We are seeking an HR Executive to join our company, KP Reliable Technique India Pvt Ltd, to handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, and referrals. - Complete all employee joining formalities. - Verify and maintain employee records and documentation. - Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules. - Coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance and overtime.
