HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive : Location: Andheri East , Near Marol Naka Metro station Company: Fintech Cloud Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR operations and passionate about creating a positive, high-performing work culture. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership teams in a fast-growing Fintech/NBFC environment and contribute to strategic HR initiatives that support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI, NBFC, and Fintech roles. Source candidates through various job portals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to offer closure. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders. Maintain accurate recruitment data and MIS reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Perform onboarding formalities for new hires. Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy workplace culture. Organize engagement, wellness, and leadership development programs, and act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns.
