Job Description – HR Executive Position: HR Executive Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years Location: Survey No. 36/2/4/5, Ramaganahalli Village, Gudibande Taluk, Beechaganahally Cross, Chikkaballapur District, Karnataka – 561209 Gender Preference: Male Candidate Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Plant / Factory Experience Preferred Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and energetic HR Executive to join our plant operations team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of HR operations, attendance management, recruitment coordination, employee handling, and hands-on experience in HRMS software. The candidate should be punctual, disciplined, and willing to work at the plant location. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day HR operations at the plant site Manage employee attendance, leave records, and manpower data Maintain employee files and HR documentation Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding formalities Ensure timely updating of employee details in HRMS software Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation Coordinate with employees and department heads for HR-related matters Maintain discipline and employee engagement activities at the plant Prepare HR reports using MS Office tools Assist management in administrative and HR activities Required Skills Good Communication Skills Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience in HRMS Software Good coordination and interpersonal skills Punctuality and professional behavior Ability to work independently at plant location Eligibility Criteria Experience: 2 to 4 Years in HR Operations Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA HR Preferred Male candidates preferred Candidates ready to work from plant location only Job Location Survey No. 36/2/4/5, Ramaganahalli Village, Gudibande Taluk, Beechaganahally Cross, Chikkaballapur District, Karnataka – 561209 Interested Candidates Can Apply With: Updated Resume Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Details
