· Staff login- Logout · Maintaining attendance · Maintaining of HR files and leave records · New Staff recruitment – conducting interviews and selection · Preparation of offer letter, appointment letter and confirmation letter · General office administration work · Staff salary statement verification · Upkeep of office equipment’s such as computers and printers. · Procurement office stationery · Maintenance of office cleanliness · Coordinating with all vendors for any breakdown at office · All other general related HR and Admin work.
