Profile-Field Recruiter
Experience-0 to 6 months
Salary-10k to 12k
Location-Sahibabad Industrial Area
Role &Responsibilities:
Candidates must be willing to travel extensively in the field for recruitment activities.
The recruiter will be responsible for visiting labour markets, industrial areas, villages, residential colonies, and other sourcing locations to identify and hire candidates.
Daily field visits are mandatory to achieve hiring targets.
The role requires direct interaction with potential candidates and conducting on-the-spot screening and recruitment drives.
The recruiter must ensure candidate joining and maintain regular follow-up until onboarding is completed.
Simple Version:
Must be comfortable with field work.
Responsible for hiring labour and housekeeping staff through field visits.
Daily travel to different locations for candidate sourcing and recruitment.
Follow up with candidates until they join the company.
