We are hiring a Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for frontline roles. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, field visits, and referrals
Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Maintain candidate database and pipeline
Ensure candidates join on time
Provide a good candidate experience
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment
Ability to work on hiring targets
Comfortable with field work and calling
