Job Description – Field Recruiter (Bulk Hiring) Position: Field Recruiter Experience: 2+ Years Company Location: Faridabad Industry: Staffing / NAPS Job Summary We are hiring a Field Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in bulk hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for client requirements, primarily for ITI, Diploma, and 10th–12th pass candidates. Key Responsibilities Handle bulk recruitment activities for client requirements. Source ITI, Diploma, and 10th–12th pass candidates through campus hiring, field activities, references, and networking channels. Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews. Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, and joining formalities. Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for recruitment updates. Ensure timely closure of open positions within the given timeline. Conduct field visits and candidate mobilization activities as required. Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, and candidate engagement activities. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 2+ years of experience in bulk hiring/recruitment. Experience in hiring ITI, Diploma, and 10th–12th pass candidates. Strong communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools/portals. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Preferred Skills Strong networking and sourcing abilities. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Experience in Staffing and NAPS recruitment will be preferred.
