Identify and onboard driver partners through field activities and local sourcing
• Generate leads, conduct direct outreach, and convert prospects into active drivers
• Explain company benefits, earnings, and onboarding process to candidates
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets and maintain pipeline
• Build strong relationships with drivers and support end-to-end onboarding
