Job Description Responsible For:
Prepare the Compliance like ESI, PF, Bonuses & Gratuity
Online Prepare EPF Monthly Challan, Form filling of Joining employees & Generate Annual
Returns.
Online Prepare ESI Monthly Challan, Generate TIC or Insurance No. for New joining Employees
Salary, overtime, bonus, festival allowance calculation. etc
Implementation of Statutory benefit to the employees as per Labor rules such as PF, ESI, Labor
Welfare Fund etc
Formulation and implementation of policies and procedures, Rules and regulations
System implementation, such as new payroll system
Recruitment: Prepare and take approval for Salary Structure and Issuance of Offer letter of the selected
candidates. Documents to be collected and appointment letter to be issued. Induction to be given on the joining
