Job Description

We are looking for a Admin Executive for Greendazzle Corporate Services Pvt Ltd Key Responsibilities: Monthly Site attendance quality checking.  Original document & registers maintaining.  Uniform distribution/Stock/order.  Monthly uniform deduction list.  15 days once get attendance for petrol (office staff).  Application maintaining.  Application entry.  Generate ESI card & distribution.  Generate EPF member for New joiners, PF Settlement Form,PF Advance.  Generate ID card & distribution.  ID card, ESI card, Customer feedback, Advertisement,Training report,  Training photos, Leave letter , Employee request letters, & Resignation letter files maintaining.  Solve employees ESI & PF problems clarification.  Monthly once order uniforms & shoes.  Admin mail checking.  Night rounds report maintaining.  Stationery items stock maintaining.  Site attendance for ESI & PF.  Monthly salary slips printout & distribution.  Prepare EPF & ESI filing.  Payroll Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience.
