We are looking for a smart, confident, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure smooth day-to-day office coordination. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the candidate will play an important role in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and take accurate messages
Maintain visitor logs, appointments, and front desk records
Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication
Respond to emails and client inquiries professionally
Support daily administrative and office coordination activities
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
Handle courier, dispatch, and office correspondence tasks
Ensure a positive and professional office atmosphere
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Desk or Reception profile preferred
Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills can also apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Smart, presentable, and confident personality
Basic computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, and Email Handling
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to manage front desk responsibilities independently
Graduate candidates preferred
