Job description: Key Responsibilities: Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points Manage travel arrangements, events, and logistics Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation Track deadlines, projects, and ensure timely execution Assist in decision-making by providing relevant data and insights Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Preferred Skills: Tech-savvy with knowledge of scheduling and collaboration tools Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Professional demeanor and problem-solving attitude Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools High level of discretion and confidentiality Please Note- Having a personal bike is mandatory for this profile
