Job Description

We are looking for a School Admin to join our team at Ankur Educational Trust to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹15,000 and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
