Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain customer and vendor reports accurately
Handle vendor coordination and tied-up partner management
Manage and resolve customer queries within deadlines
Handle reception and welcome walk-in (mainly existing) clients
Ensure smooth client servicing and relationship management
Oversee housekeeping management and centre maintenance
Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities
Maintain professional environment and service standards
