Job Description
होटल के सभी प्लंबिंग सिस्टम की नियमित जांच, मरम्मत एवं रखरखाव करना।
पानी की पाइपलाइन, नल, वाल्व, फ्लश टैंक, सिंक एवं अन्य फिटिंग्स की मरम्मत करना।
अतिथि कक्षों, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रों, रसोईघर, लॉन्ड्री एवं अन्य स्थानों में प्लंबिंग संबंधी शिकायतों का समय पर समाधान करना।
जल आपूर्ति एवं ड्रेनेज सिस्टम का सुचारू संचालन सुनिश्चित करना।
लीकेज, चोक-अप तथा अन्य प्लंबिंग समस्याओं का तत्काल निवारण करना।
पानी की टंकियों, पंपों एवं सीवरेज लाइन की नियमित जांच करना।
निवारक रखरखाव (Preventive Maintenance) कार्य निर्धारित समयानुसार करना।
उपयोग की गई सामग्री एवं किए गए कार्यों का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
सुरक्षा नियमों एवं होटल की नीतियों का पालन करना।
किसी भी बड़ी खराबी या आवश्यक सामग्री की जानकारी वरिष्ठ अधिकारी को देना।
अन्य विभागों के साथ समन्वय बनाकर कार्य करना।
जल संरक्षण एवं संसाधनों के उचित उपयोग को बढ़ावा देना।
