મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ
· ઓફિસ જાળવણી: સ્વચ્છ વાતાવરણ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવા માટે વર્કસ્ટેશન, મીટિંગ રૂમ અને પેન્ટ્રી વિસ્તારોની સફાઈ.
· આતિથ્ય: સ્ટાફ અને મુલાકાતીઓને ચા, કોફી અને પાણી તૈયાર કરવું અને પીરસવું.
· વહીવટી સહાય:
ફોટોકોપી, સ્કેનિંગ, ફાઇલિંગ અને દસ્તાવેજ સ્કેનિંગનું સંચાલન.
· ટપાલ અને કામકાજ: ઓફિસની અંદર અથવા બહારના સ્થળોએ દસ્તાવેજો પહોંચાડવા અને કામકાજ ચલાવવા.
· પુરવઠા વ્યવસ્થાપન: ઓફિસ પેન્ટ્રી વસ્તુઓ, સ્ટેશનરી અને ટોયલેટરીઝનું નિરીક્ષણ અને ભરપાઈ.
· સાધનોની જાળવણી: ઓફિસ સાધનો સ્વચ્છ હોવાની ખાતરી કરવી અને જાળવણીના મુદ્દાઓની જાણ કરવી.
