Job Description
हम अपनी कंपनी के लिए एक जिम्मेदार, मेहनती और भरोसेमंद ऑफिस बॉय की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो कार्यालय के दैनिक कार्यों को सुचारू रूप से संचालित करने में सहायता कर सके।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
ऑफिस की साफ-सफाई और व्यवस्था बनाए रखना
चाय, पानी एवं अन्य आवश्यक refreshment की व्यवस्था करना
दस्तावेज़, फाइलें एवं कूरियर को सही स्थान पर पहुंचाना
बैंक, पोस्ट ऑफिस एवं अन्य बाहरी कार्यों में सहायता करना
स्टाफ एवं विजिटर्स की आवश्यकताओं का ध्यान रखना
ऑफिस सामग्री (स्टेशनरी आदि) की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना
वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा दिए गए अन्य कार्यों को समय पर पूरा करना
योग्यता:
न्यूनतम 10वीं / 12वीं पास
ईमानदार, अनुशासित एवं मेहनती
समय की पाबंदी और जिम्मेदारी की भावना
स्थानीय क्षेत्र की जानकारी होना वरीयता होगी
पूर्व अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी
