JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be punctual, responsible, and able to handle basic office tasks efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness of office premises (workstations, pantry, etc.)
Handle office errands (bank work, document delivery, courier, etc.)
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Manage office supplies and inform when stock is low
Help staff with basic day-to-day tasks as required
Open and close the office as per timing (if required)
