Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms, etc.)
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, and courier services
Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and basic office tasks
Run office-related errands (bank, post office, etc.)
Ensure availability of office supplies and pantry items
Assist in setting up meeting rooms
Support staff with any minor administrative tasks
Open and close the office as per schedule (if required)
