Job Description
મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ
મશીનની સપાટીઓને સાફ કરીને, રેતી કરીને, પીસીને અને કાટ અથવા જૂના પેઇન્ટને દૂર કરીને તૈયાર કરો.
મશીનરી અને સાધનો પર પ્રાઈમર, પેઇન્ટ અને રક્ષણાત્મક કોટિંગ્સ લગાવો.
સ્પ્રે પેઇન્ટિંગ સાધનો અને પેઇન્ટિંગ સાધનો ચલાવો.
સ્પ્રે પેઇન્ટિંગ અને રસાયણોને સ્પષ્ટીકરણો અનુસાર મિક્સ કરો.
યોગ્ય પેઇન્ટ જાડાઈ, ફિનિશિંગ અને ગુણવત્તા ધોરણોની ખાતરી કરો.
ટચ-અપ પેઇન્ટિંગ અને ફિનિશિંગ કાર્ય કરો.
પેઇન્ટિંગ સાધનો, સ્પ્રે ગન અને સાધનો જાળવો.
પેઇન્ટ અને રસાયણોને હેન્ડલ કરતી વખતે સલામતી પ્રક્રિયાઓનું પાલન કરો.
માસ્ક, ગ્લોવ્સ, ગોગલ્સ અને સેફ્ટી શૂઝ જેવા PPEનો ઉપયોગ કરો.
પેઇન્ટ શોપ વિસ્તારમાં સ્વચ્છતા જાળવો.
ઉત્પાદન અને જાળવણી ટીમો સાથે સંકલન કરો.
मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ
मशीन की सतहों को साफ़ करके, सैंड करके, पीसकर और जंग या पुराना पेंट हटाकर तैयार करें।
मशीनरी और इक्विपमेंट पर प्राइमर, पेंट और प्रोटेक्टिव कोटिंग लगाएँ।
स्प्रे पेंटिंग इक्विपमेंट और पेंटिंग टूल्स चलाएँ।
पेंट और केमिकल को स्पेसिफिकेशन के हिसाब से मिलाएँ।
पेंट की सही मोटाई, फिनिशिंग और क्वालिटी स्टैंडर्ड पक्का करें।
टच-अप पेंटिंग और फिनिशिंग का काम करें।
पेंटिंग टूल्स, स्प्रे गन और इक्विपमेंट को मेंटेन करें।
पेंट और केमिकल को हैंडल करते समय सेफ्टी तरीकों का पालन करें।
मास्क, ग्लव्स, गॉगल्स और सेफ्टी शूज़ जैसे PPE का इस्तेमाल करें।
पेंट शॉप एरिया में साफ़-सफ़ाई बनाए रखें।
प्रोडक्शन और मेंटेनेंस टीमों के साथ कोऑर्डिनेट करें।
