Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Painting Work Supervisor / Civil Work Supervisor to join our team SAPL Group to handle residential, commercial or industrial painting & civil work tasks and contracts. This role includes surface preparation, paint & civil repair application and ensuring a smooth and professional finish. The position offers an in-hand salary of 16K to 25K and regular, on-site work. Job Description: Painting Work Supervisor Position Title: Painting Work Supervisor / Civil Work Supervisor Location: Gurgaon. Reporting To: Project Manager / Site Engineer Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Painting Work Supervisor with knowledge of painting works, civil work execution, material measurement, stock handling, and manpower supervision. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining material records, and completing work as per project timelines and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise all types of painting activities. Ensure surface preparation and painting quality as per specifications. Monitor painters and subcontractor teams for productivity and workmanship. Check shade consistency, finish quality, and proper material usage. Supervise basic civil works related to finishing activities. Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for smooth execution. Ensure work is completed according to drawings and site instructions. Take site measurements for painting and civil works. Prepare daily work quantity reports. Verify contractor measurements and work completion quantities. Assist in preparation of running bills and final measurements. Maintain stock records of paints, putty, primer, tools, and consumables. Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage. Coordinate with store and procurement teams for material requirements. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials at site. Allocate daily work to labor teams. Ensure housekeeping and safety compliance at site. Maintain attendance and productivity records of workers. Report daily progress to project management. Required Skills Knowledge of painting materials, brands, and application methods. Understanding of civil finishing works. Ability to read basic drawings and measurements. Good knowledge of work quantity calculation. Stock management and reporting skills. Team handling and coordination ability. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting preferred.
