JOB TITLE: Staff Nurse (B.Sc Nursing / GNM) VCare Hair & Skin Clinic Employment Type: Full-Time Qualification: • B.Sc Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) • Valid Nursing Council Registration Age Limit: • 21 to 30 years Salary: • B.Sc Nursing: ₹21,500 – ₹25,000 per month • GNM: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month Service Agreement: Candidates must sign a •1-year service agreement•• with the organization. Working Hours: • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Weekly off will be provided on a •rotational basis••. • No fixed weekly off on Saturdays or Sundays. Key Responsibilities: • Provide quality nursing care to patients. • Perform IV cannulation and maintain IV lines. • Collect blood samples and other specimens as required. • Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, procedures, and treatments. • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical status. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation. • Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols. • Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and care plans. • Coordinate effectively with doctors and healthcare staff for patient management. Required Skills: • Proficiency in IV cannulation and blood sample collection. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. • Strong sense of responsibility and patient care.
