Job Title: Staff Nurse Location: Jaipur Department: Nursing Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, assisting medical professionals, and ensuring effective treatment and recovery. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control protocols are followed Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-care instructions Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies Collaborate with doctors and healthcare staff to deliver quality patient care Required Qualifications B.Sc Nursing / GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) Valid registration with the State Nursing Council Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply Required Skills Strong clinical and patient care abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night duty Attention to detail and quick decision-making skills Basic computer knowledge for maintaining patient records Experience 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply) Prior hospital experience will be an added advantage Work Environment Hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare centers Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays Salary ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and location) Additional Benefits Health Insurance Paid Leave Contact Details HR Rashmi 📞 9872065069
