Staff Nurse

We are looking for a "Staff Nurse" to join our team Attharva Accident Hospital, Station Road, Talegaon Dabhade, Pune. Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical or hospital setting. The ideal candidate will assess patient needs, administer treatments and medications, support physicians, and ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining accurate medical records. Key Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and record patient conditions and vital signs Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures Develop and implement nursing care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-treatment care Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection-control standards Respond promptly to medical emergencies Coordinate with healthcare teams to provide quality patient care Operate and monitor medical equipment safely Support patient recovery and emotional well-being Required Qualifications ANM, Diploma/B.Sc. in Nursing or equivalent qualification Valid nursing registration/license (e.g., State Nursing Council) Skills & Competencies Strong patient care and clinical assessment skills Ability to work in fast-paced environments Attention to detail and accurate documentation Teamwork and problem-solving skills Compassionate and professional attitude Working Conditions Rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Hospital, clinic, nursing home, or healthcare facility environment Standing and moving for extended periods may be required Interested candidate can come directly for an walking interview.
