Job Description
Monitor patient condition (BP, sugar, vitals)
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Assist patients with daily activities (bathing, feeding, mobility)
Maintain hygiene and patient comfort
Keep proper records and report to doctors
Requirements:
ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing / GDA / FRESHER
Basic nursing skills and patient care knowledge
Good communication skills
Experience in home care preferred
