Position: Sr. Field Service Engineer Company: Rami International Location: Vatva GIDC Phase 4 Experience: 2-4 years candidate should be within 15km About the Role Rami International is looking for a dedicated and skilled Sr. Service Engineer to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of on-site training and office-based technical support. Initially, you will be required to work on-site at client locations across India to gain hands-on experience with machinery and understand real-time service operations. Upon successful completion of the training period, you will transition to an office-based role, where you will provide technical support and service assistance to clients via calls and video conferencing. Key Responsibilities This position is ideal for someone who is technically strong, adaptable, and capable of delivering excellent customer support.  Visit client sites for installation, training, and troubleshooting of machinery during the initial training phase  Gain practical, hands-on experience with machinery operations and servicing  After training, provide remote technical support through calls and video sessions  Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and within defined timelines  Maintain clear and professional communication with clients  Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation  Coordinate with internal teams for technical assistance and spare parts management  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
