Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Install and service machines/equipment at customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues and breakdowns.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
Attend customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Maintain service reports and documentation.
Train customers on proper equipment usage and basic maintenance.
Coordinate with the technical team for spare parts and support.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Follow company safety and quality standards.
Travel to customer locations as required.
