As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be a vital part of our IT team in Chennai, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems. You should have strong knowledge of operating systems, especially Windows and basic networking concepts. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with users. You must be detail-oriented, patient, and capable of working under pressure. A good understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting techniques is necessary.
