Tech (Mechanical or Electrical) Experience: 0-3 years of experience in service/maintenance Key Responsibilities  Provide on-site installation, servicing, and maintenance  Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical issues  Handle customer queries and ensure quick resolution  Maintain service reports and documentation  Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation Skills & Competencies  Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  Good communication and customer-handling ability  Ability to work independently in field conditions  Time management and reporting discipline Mandatory Requirements  Valid Driving License (DL)  Own two-wheeler (bike/scooter)  Willingness for 100% field travel across Bihar  Physically fit for field/service work  Basic local language proficiency  No immediate plans for further education
