Car Mechanic Company: Everest Fleet Location: Vanagaram, Chennai Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (In-hand) Incentive: Up to ₹6,000 per month Job Description We are looking for a skilled Car Mechanic to join our team at Everest Fleet. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability. The position offers an attractive salary, incentives, and career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical issues. Diagnose faults in engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems. Perform repairs and replacements of defective parts. Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing. Change engine oil, filters, brake pads, and other consumables. Test vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functioning. Maintain service records and report repair status. Follow safety procedures and workshop standards. Job Requirements Minimum Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (preferred). Experience: 1–5 years as a Car Mechanic or Automobile Technician. Good knowledge of vehicle engines, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues efficiently. Familiarity with workshop tools and diagnostic equipment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
