ob Title: Procurement Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a Procurement Executive (Supervisor category) who will be responsible for managing sourcing and procurement activities efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement operations, especially from mandi (agri market), seed companies, or packaging-related roles . Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, and negotiation. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and mandi agents. Procure raw materials, seeds, or packaging materials as per business requirements. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid shortages. Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Coordinate with warehouse and operations team for smooth material flow. Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and records. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Supervise procurement-related tasks and support junior staff if required.
