We specialize in advanced diagnostics, micro-surgery, and comprehensive community outreach initiatives to enhance vision quality across the region. Role Objective The Sales & Marketing Associate will play a key role in expanding our patient outreach, building community relationships, and increasing the visibility of the hospital's services. Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, this field-oriented role focuses on execution, direct communication, and organizing ground-level marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Field Outreach & B2B Sales: Visit local clinics, opticians, corporate offices, and community centers to promote Purnima Netralaya’s specialized eye care services. Camp Coordination: Execute and manage community eye screening camps, school vision testing, and corporate health awareness initiatives. Patient Acquisition & Lead Generation: Connect with local communities, resident welfare associations (RWAs), and social organizations to generate walk-ins and patient references. Branding & Material Distribution: Ensure the proper display of hospital promotional materials (brochures, banners, standees) at partner locations and camp venues. Reporting: Maintain a daily log of field visits, camp attendance, and leads generated, reporting directly to the management team. Requirements & Qualifications Education:Graduate Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi; professional working knowledge of English and local languages (Bengali) is a strong plus. Travel: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for daily field visits and local travel in and around Jamshedpur. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills. A polite, empathetic, and persuasive communication style. Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities on the ground. Basic data entry and smartphone application skills for reporting.
