Procurement Officer

Job Title: Purchase Officer Company: Truveta Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. Location: Dwarka Sector 17, New Delhi Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience Required: 2 – 3Years Job Summary Truveta Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Purchase office with knowledge of solar equipment procurement or any other related industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing solar materials while ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Handle procurement of solar materials such as solar panels, inverters, structures, cables, and other related components. Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for solar equipment. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per project requirements. Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and documentation. Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for material requirements. Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites. Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages. Compare quotations from multiple vendors to achieve cost savings. Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies and procedures. Required Skills Good knowledge of solar industry materials and equipment Strong vendor negotiation skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple suppliers and purchase orders Qualification Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Electrical / Mechanical / Supply Chain background) Additional Information Experience: 2 – 7 years in solar purchase / procurement or any related field.
