Performance Marketing Specialist Company: The Bath and Care Location: Rajouri Garden, Delhi Experience Required: 2–5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms for D2C beauty and wellness brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in media buying, campaign optimization, analytics, and customer acquisition with a strong understanding of eCommerce growth. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns Handle Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns Plan and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies Scale campaigns while maintaining profitable ROAS Perform audience research, retargeting, and lookalike audience setup Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports Work on conversion optimization and A/B testing Set up and manage tracking using GA4 and GTM Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives Analyze data and improve CAC, CTR, and conversion rates Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Experience with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio Understanding of eCommerce and D2C marketing Knowledge of retargeting, attribution, and funnel strategy Basic understanding of creatives, hooks, and ad copy Good communication and reporting skills Preferred: Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or D2C brands Knowledge of Shopify and conversion tracking Understanding of influencer or content marketing Perks: Growth-focused work environment Opportunity to scale multiple D2C brands Creative freedom and performance incentives
