Job Description – Performance Marketing Executive Position: Performance Marketing Executive Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROAS. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel. Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights. Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation. Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives. Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization. Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel. Experience in campaign reporting and performance analysis. Understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing, and funnel optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are a plus. Experience managing campaigns for B2B and B2C businesses is preferred.
