Marketing Field Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Field Executive to join our team to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹21,000 and growth opportunities in the field. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to identify and develop new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, contractors, consultants, and institutional buyers. • Manage and expand B2B customer networks. • Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and negotiate business deals. • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Requirements: • Proven experience in field marketing and business development. • Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and tender-related activities. • Experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits. • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the sanitary, plumbing, construction, or infrastructure sectors. The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 4 - 6 years of experience.
