Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Visit colleges, libraries, hostels, study centers, and student hubs across Pune.
Generate quality leads for UPSC, MPSC, SSC, Banking, and MBA Entrance programs.
Conduct educational awareness campaigns and distribute promotional materials.
Build relationships with college authorities, student groups, and educational communities.
Collect student inquiries and maintain lead records.
Coordinate with the counseling team for follow-up and admissions.
Promote seminars, workshops, and demo sessions organized by Aspire 360.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, confident, and self-motivated personality.
Ability to travel across Pune for field activities.
Prior experience in educational marketing, sales, or lead generation preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
