Key Responsibilities:
· Organize and manage eye screening and surgical outreach camps
· Coordinate with local NGOs, community leaders, and institutions
· Manage camp logistics, patient registration, counseling, and referrals
· Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff during camps
· Arrange transport and follow-up for surgical patients
· Maintain camp records, data, and reports
